The property is only 3 km from the village of “Es Mercadal” and about 8 km from the beautiful beaches such as “Cala Fornells” or “Ses Salines”. At that time, the houses were an amalgamation of a huge dairy production estate, so you can still see cows and sheep grazing in the fields.
