This holiday home is situated in a privileged location on the seafront, next to the coast in the Arguineguín ravine in the southwest of Gran Canaria. Newly built luxury semi-detached house of 120m² with furnished terrace with table, chairs, sun lounger, armchairs and a wonderful private pool facing the ocean. The property has 3 spacious bedrooms with 2 beds (90 x 200cm) each, two complete bathrooms -the main one with bathtub and the second one with shower- with hairdryer, amenities, bathrobes, a living room with sofa-bed (2x80x200cm), SAT TV, safe, air-conditioning and a kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, ceramic hob (3 rings), dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, water boiler, electric juicer, egg cooker. In addition, the house has a washing machine and tumble dryer and we have a breadboard at guests' disposal.

The property has a large terrace equipped with table, chairs, sun loungers, armchairs and a wonderful private swimming pool (heated in winter) with sea views. In addition, the property has a free garage.

Special features: The property is located within the Cordial Santa Águeda Resort and you will pick up your key at the reception of the establishment. During your stay you can enjoy a large solarium with sunbeds and daybeds with a beautiful infinity pool overlooking the ocean (accessible by stairs or lift).
