The flat is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, a 10-minute walk away. To relax and enjoy the splendid panorama, a splendid panoramic swimming pool with a large sun terrace equipped with sunbeds, parasol and showers is available to guests from May to 15 October. It is shared with 5 other flats in the complex.

The air-conditioned apartment consists of a large living area with a comfortable sofa bed (which can be used by two extra guests on request) with a flat-screen TV corner, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds (which can make another double if required) and a bathroom with bidet and shower complete the accommodation.

The centre of Taormina with restaurants and shops is approx. 800 m away. The beaches are approx. 4 km away and can be reached by cable car (approx. 900 m away) or by bus (approx. 900 m away) or by own transport. The bus terminal connects Taormina with Catania airport and all the most important centres in Sicily, from where the most beautiful excursions to Mount Etna, the Aeolian Islands, Syracuse , Ragusa, Noto, Piazza Armerina , Agrigento etc. depart.

The swimming pool is open from May to 31 October from 08:30 to 20:00. The pool is shared with 3 other flats. The swimming pool regulations are available at the property.
The property is equipped with a communal lift.
For children, a cot is available on request for a fee. There are also books and board games in the accommodation.
In Taormina there is separate waste collection; in the flat you will find all the useful information about this: a calendar with the various weekly pick-ups and the bins with the various signs (for those who do not make separate waste collection there will be a surcharge).
