A bright and comfortable holiday home with a fantastic sea view, Casa rosa dei venti is a three-roomed cottage just a few minutes' drive from Li Cossi beach. The property is situated on a small natural balcony from which there is a wonderful view of Costa Paradiso and its beautiful sea. The house is very private and quiet. A flight of stairs leads from the reserved parking space to the entrance of the house.
The living room, which is nice and cosy, opens onto a small but functional masonry kitchenette complete with accessories, dishes, electrical appliances (fridge and oven). A beautiful wooden dining table and a comfortable sofa complete the furnishings.
Adjacent to the living area is the sleeping area with four beds: the master bedroom, with a nice double bed, a private bathroom and a small terrace with a view, and the second bedroom with two comfortable single beds, a walk-in wardrobe and a second bathroom with shower.
Veranda with a view and a small garden where you can relax after a day at the beach or enjoy preparing a delicious BBQ
At the back of the house is a small garden with succulent plants, an outdoor shower and washing machine.
