In the heart of the Marche region, the 120-square-metre flat is in an ancient farmhouse made of natural stone that has been lovingly restored, with a ground-floor entrance from a private and evocative panoramic garden.
Situated in the hills at an altitude of 650 metres and in open countryside, it is 1 km from the centre of the village of Penna San Giovanni.
Situated on private land, in an absolutely dominant position, it overlooks a truly breathtaking panorama that sweeps from the nearby imposing Sibillini Mountains to the Adriatic coast, crossing the gentle undulation of the Marche hills.

Penna San Giovanni, located 672 metres above sea level, is a centre of considerable interest due to its landscape and climatic characteristics.
Its name derives from a pre-Latin term meaning rocky peak of a sharp and rugged shape and from the name of St John the Baptist, the patron saint of the town, a follower of St Francis.
Based on some archaeological finds, its origin dates back to Roman times; the place was fortified in the Middle Ages.
On top of the hill stands a panoramic park where you will also find the remains of a tower of the original Rocca.
Not to be missed: the elegant Municipal Theatre, the only one in the province of Macerata built entirely of wood and painted by Antonio Liozzi (c. 1780), can be considered a Baroque masterpiece, perhaps the most important in the Marche region in the 18th century.
The Parish Church of San Giovanni Battista was built around 1250 and preserves the wooden statue of the Baptist and a Crucifix, works of considerable artistic importance from the 16th century.
There are shops and activities of various kinds, including grocery shops, butcher's, bakery, bar, farmhouse, pizzeria, bank, etc. You can buy excellent footwear, knitwear and genuine, quality food and wine products from local producers.
Throughout the year you can taste typical products at festivals organised in the village and in the surrounding area.
The Casale is also an excellent starting point for a trip to the sea or to the high mountains, both of which can be reached within half an hour. We will leave at your disposal maps and tourist guides for visiting the area.
You cannot miss the suggestive gorge of Infernaccio, Lake Pilato, the Lame Rosse di Fiastra, the Cascatelle di Sarnano or the beautiful beaches from Monte Conero to San Benedetto.
In addition, you can visit the interesting towns in the surrounding area rich in history and culture, such as Loreto, Macerata, Urbisaglia, Amandola, Fermo, etc., and also participate in the countless evocative historical and folkloristic pageants.
