Villa Muntaja is a newly built modern villa with panoramic views of the Gulf of Castellammare. Thanks to its privileged position and sophisticated design, the villa is a perfect combination of nature, comfort and contemporary style.
The villa is on two levels and can accommodate up to 6 people. On the ground floor there is a large and bright living area with a kitchen island and the living room that directly overlook the infinity pool, providing a unique scenic effect. The floor is completed by a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a convenient laundry room.
The modern kitchen is equipped with everything necessary to make guests' stay comfortable.
The first floor houses two spacious double bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms. One of the two rooms also overlooks a private veranda with sea view, furnished with comfortable sofas: the ideal place to relax at sunset.
Outside, in addition to the panoramic pool, there is a barbecue area and a gazebo equipped with a dining table, perfect for al fresco dining and convivial moments.
The 8x4 infinity pool and the large solarium characterised by the use of local marble embellish the villa and offer guests a place to relax reading a good book and find refreshment during the hottest hours of the day.
The nearest beach is Baia di Guidaloca, 6 km away. The nearest supermarket is 7 km away while Baglio di Scopello with its restaurants, shops and bars is 9 km away. Castellammare del Golfo is 12 km away.
