The property features elegantly finished flats with typical Costa Smeralda furnishings, with pickled and wrought-iron details. The flats can be on the first floor with balcony or on the ground floor with patio.

The premium two-room flat (60 sqm) consists of a double bedroom with king-size bed, living room with double sofa bed, separate kitchenette and bathroom with shower or bathtub. Inside you will find all the necessary comforts: air conditioning, dishwasher, TV, microwave, toaster, kettle, capsule coffee machine (only those sold at the reception can be used), hairdryer and a beach umbrella. First supply of bed linen and towels included.

Reception is open daily from 09.00 to 13.00 and from 17.00 to 20.00. Check-in is guaranteed from 17.00 to 20.00. For arrivals after 20.00 please inform us in advance, otherwise check-in is not guaranteed and a surcharge may apply. Check-out is by 10.00 am. Please note that the cleaning of the kitchenette and the disposal of waste is the responsibility of the client, if these obligations are not respected penalties will be applied.
Animals are allowed (to be communicated at the time of booking, max. 25kg) and there is an extra charge to be paid on site.
