The originally preserved farmhouse stands on a large plot (approx. 900 m²) with a beautifully landscaped garden, which is available for communal use. The flat is accessible from the farmhouse with a separate entrance and terrace. A private outdoor car parking space is also provided.

The studio on offer has a large living and dining room area with a fully equipped kitchenette (gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine).
