Fos Villa is a brand new house located at the entrance of Galatas village and enjoys views of the Mediterranean sea, Ag. Theodori island and Chania town. The villa is designed and decorated by the owner and architect Christini Polatou. The Villa consists of a basement looking in a patio, a ground floor, a first floor and a top floor a total of 185m2. Also, the outdoor space includes a 150m2 free space and garden with a 30m2 swimming pool.
Galatas is in a particularly advantageous location in the wider area of Chania as it is very close to the city center and to the old Venetian harbor as well as to the most famous sandy beaches. The nearest beach (Kalamaki beach) is one kilometer from the villa. Around the neighborhood you can find taverns, shops and services (tourist police, etc.), covering the daily needs of residents and visitors. Also, the location is ideal for anyone wishing to explore the island as it is a few minutes away from the highway which leads to well-known beaches such as Ballos, Elafonisos, Falassarna, as well as the Samaria Gorge and other cities of Crete (Rethymnon, Heraklion, Agios Nikolaos).
The elegant architecture of the building and its sophisticated and minimalist interior decoration combined with all the modern comforts of a luxury holiday home, offer a very beautiful stay experience to its guests. Particular emphasis has been placed on the guest's relaxation therefore all rooms are equipped with hand-made mattresses and sleeping systems with natural materials from COCO-MAT.
Moreover we offer a rich welcome basket with products from our own agricultural crops in Meskla, Chania (extra virgin olive oil, fruit and vegetable products, local dishes, etc.)
There is free parking area outside the house. There is also a bus stop just 50 meters away and transfer you to the city center and nearby beaches.
