The Acacia villas with private pool are located in a holiday residence in Les Sables d'Olonne. This unique resort, set in 13 hectares of parkland, offers everything you need for a calm and relaxing stay, surrounded by lush vegetation. On site, you'll find a gourmet restaurant "La Table de Villeneuve", a children's playground, a tennis court (fee payable), mini-golf and bike and chopper (electric scooter) hire. The residence is just 800m from the coast and 2km from the nearest beach (Plage de Tanchet). A cycle path leads from the residence to the centre of Les Sables d'Olonne, where you can sip a drink on the terrace or enjoy a seafood platter overlooking the sea. Outside the villa, a terrace with garden furniture, table, chairs and two deckchairs per villa. In the midst of a natural, green setting, you'll feel completely at home! The villas consist of a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, microwave, senseo, kettle, ceramic hob), 3 bedrooms and one or two bathrooms per villa with bath and/or shower. Pool heating is included from 26.04 to 28.09.25. The option must be booked at least 4 days before arrival. The setting is calm and natural.
