A versatile place for leisure stays on the banks of the Livojoki River, approximately 21 km north of Pudasjärvi, suitable for larger groups. The area includes a 70 m² main building, a 20 m² guesthouse, and a 15 m² lakeside sauna with a lean-to shelter and a campfire site. Building year 2022. All buildings feature a covered terrace. The sandy river shore is about 50 meters from the main building and less than 10 meters from the lakeside sauna. A rowing boat is available for guests.

The main building has a large living area with a combined kitchen/living room and dining space, a pool table, and a TV corner. The bedroom has a 120 cm wide bed, and the living area includes a sofa bed that extends to 140 cm wide. Additional sleeping options include a movable 80 cm mattress and two foldable 80 cm beds. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet and a shower cubicle.

The guesthouse offers a 160 cm wide double bed and an 80 cm wide bed, along with a cozy light fireplace.

The sauna building has a spacious sauna with a wood-burning stove and a dressing room with a 120 cm wide sofa bed.

At the shore, there is also a lean-to shelter with a campfire site, and near the guesthouse, an outdoor toilet.

The shore has a firm, sandy bottom but deepens quickly; this and the river's current should be considered when swimming or spending time by the water.

A pet fee applies.

The snowmobile trail starts about 300 meters away, crossing the road at the intersection of Myllykankaantie and Sarakyläntie.

State hunting areas begin right nearby.

The use of the pool table is the tenant's responsibility; no drinks on the table and handle the felt with care while playing.

You can charge an electric car from a standard outlet for an additional fee.
