Our "Haus Rosemarie" on the edge of a small village in the Spessart is a place that perfectly reflects the idyllic landscape and the quiet atmosphere of the region. It is located in a rural area, surrounded by green forests and meadows, which enables a true nature holiday. After a few hills, the house offers a breathtaking view over the Main Valley, where you can see the Frankfurt skyline in the distance. The surrounding area is characterized by a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere, ideal for everyone who is looking for peace and relaxation. The proximity to Frankfurt also makes it an ideal starting point for excursions into the city, while the rural location is still a retreat in nature. The guest house combines the advantages of a natural environment with the comfort of a nearby big city.

Welcome to our cozy holiday home surrounded by relaxing nature, at the end of a small village, at the foot of forests and hills that invite you to run, cycle, or simply recharge your batteries.

There are three bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed. The rooms are functionally furnished and offer ample space for sleeping and storing personal belongings.

There is also a sofa bed in the upstairs hallway that can be used as an additional sleeping option.

The two bathrooms are each equipped with a shower, a sink and a toilet. The larger bathroom has a washing machine.

In the adjoining barn, there are garden chairs with cushions, garden tables, two loungers, a parasol, a fire bowl and a barbecue for your use. There is also a fixed bike rack for your own bikes and a table tennis table.

Arrival is possible from 2 p.m. Departure should be by 10 a.m.
Other arrival and departure times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance to arrange this.
Cars can be parked in the courtyard or below the house in the parking lot opposite front door number 14a.
Keys will be handed over via a key box. You will receive the code well in advance of your arrival.
Pets are welcome upon request and for a fee; please contact us directly.
Smoking is not permitted in the house!

Conditions and extras
A 100% prepayment will be charged upon booking.
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge, cancellations between 14-7 days before arrival will be charged with 50% of the total cost, cancellations in the 7 days before arrival will be charged with 100% of the total cost.
